This policy explains how The Works Holdings collects, uses, shares, protects and retains personal data on this website, and the rights you have over it.
The Works Holdings is a privately held group based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, theworksholdings.com. You can reach us at lavjit@theworksholdings.com.
We collect what you submit through the enquiry form on this site: your name, email address and the details of your message. We also run first-party page-view analytics, which record visits with your IP address stored only as a salted hash, and we do not use advertising cookies. If you use the voluntary feedback widget, we collect whatever you choose to submit through it.
We use this data to respond to your enquiry and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not build marketing profiles from it.
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), we process enquiry and feedback data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you and improving the site. Analytics data is kept to the minimum needed for that same legitimate interest, without advertising cookies.
We host this site on Vercel and deliver enquiry form submissions through our email provider. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
We keep enquiry and feedback data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, then delete it.
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Email lavjit@theworksholdings.com and we will respond within 14 days.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we extend to you rights equivalent to those under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including access, correction, deletion and objection.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold. No system is completely secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it was last revised.
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai (the DIFC courts excluded).
